The Mysore paper Mills Ltd., engaged in the business of manufacture and sale of Newsprint, Writing and Printing Paper with an integrated Sugar Mill and captive forestry having an annual turnover of about Rs.400 crores, requires to fill up the following positions on probation basis for a period of one year. After satisfactory completion of probationary period they will be confirmed on regular grades:
SR.MANAGER(FINANCE) GR.VII: 2 POSTS(1 EACH AT BANGALORE AND BHADRAVATI)
Qualification and experience: Graduate with CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance from reputed Management Institutes with 5 years experience in Financial/Accounts functions, holding senior positions. Out of which min 2 years post qualification experience in medium/large manufacturing company. This post is a middle management level and the incumbent should have high degree of professional knowledge and capable of heading the Division with a team of professionals. In case of extraordinary deserved candidate, higher scale of pay will be offered in the existing scale. In deserving cases, age and experience shall also be relaxed.
Age: Minimum 45 years.
Payscale: Gr.VII: Rs.12150-390-14100-420-16200-450-18450-480-20850-510-23400-540-26100-570-28950 (Gross emoluments min. around Rs. 39,000 and maximum Rs.70,000/- per month) including perks. Other benefits like Conveyance, Welfare benefits, GPAI and other incentives will be extra. Residential accommodation will be provided at Bhadravati and whereas at Bangalore, applicable HRA, CCA will be paid as per rules. The total CTC will be approximately ranging from Rs.45,000/- to 79,000/- p.m for Bangalore and Rs.43,000/- to 74,000/-p.m. at Bhadravati, respectively.Pay scale under revision.
General: (a) One each post at Bhadravati and Bangalore (b) DA is payable at Govt. of Karnataka rates (c) Perks include PF, Gratuity, Medical, LTC, superannuation, leave benefit et. (d) Candidates called for interview ill be paid to & fro first class train/bus fare by the shortest route, subject to production of ticket.
